You can always go back to your advance request created to make a few changes or add approvers.

Note: Any changes or deletion of request can be done on advance requests that are yet to be approved. 

To add another approver:

  • Open the advance request on the 'Advances' page
  • Click on 'Add Approver' button
  • Select the approver from the drop down and add the reason for adding an additional approver
  • Finish by clicking on 'Add Approver'
  • The advance request is now submitted to the additional approver and an email notification is sent to the approver about the request submitted. 


Delete you Advance Request:

If you no longer require an advance payment, it is very easy to delete the corresponding advance request that you have already submitted for approval.
Note: You will be able to delete an advance that has not been approved yet. 

  • To delete an advance request, navigate to My Advances and you will find your requests that are unapproved or under inquiry, under the Pending category. 
  •  When you click on the delete icon, you will be asked to confirm your action.
  • Click on Yes, Delete and confirm your action to delete the advance request and other requests associated with it.
