Employees can request for cancellation of the trip request only if there are bookings associated with the trip. When the cancellation request is placed the Travel Agent gets the notification about the request to make necessary actions.
Full Trip Cancellation:
To cancel the entire trip and the associated transport and hotel bookings, navigate to “Trips” from the left pane and go to “Booked” tab. Select the trip and click on the “Request Cancellation” from the more options.
- Enter the trip cancellation reason and finish by clicking “Cancel Trip”
- Once the request is placed the travel admin will be notified about the cancellation request to process the same.
- If you want to cancel either the transportation or hotel booking, navigate to the “Booked” Tab under Trips
- Expand the transportation or hotel request section and click on the Booking Number to open the corresponding booking page
- Click on the “Request Cancellation” button on the top of the booking form to request the cancellation
- Once the request is placed the travel agent will be notified about the cancellation request to process the same.
