Log In to Sage Expense Management

Access your account from any web browser using credentials or via your company's SSO

Standard Login

  1. Enter your work email address

  2. Enter your password and click Sign In

  3. If required, check your email for a 6-digit login code

  4. Enter the code on the next screen

  5. You'll land in your account


Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses SSO, the login flow is slightly different:

  1. Go to the same login page (app.fylehq.com/app/accounts/#/signin) and enter your work email

  2. If your organization has SSO enabled, you'll be automatically redirected to your company's login page

  3. Enter your organization credentials there

  4. Once authenticated, you'll be redirected back to Sage Expense Management

  5. You'll land in your account

Notes: Your IT or Sage Expense Management admin manages SSO setup. If you're unsure whether your org uses SSO, check with your admin.


Troubleshooting

Can't log in?

  • Confirm you're using your work email (not a personal one)

  • If your org uses SSO, you must sign in through your company portal — direct password login won't work

  • Contact your Sage Expense Management admin to verify your account is active and your role is correctly assigned

Forgot your password?

Didn't receive your login code?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Click Resend code on the verification screen - you have 2 resend attempts per login session

  • The code expires after 10 minutes; if it's expired, start the login flow again

Used all resend attempts?

  • If you see a lockout message, try logging in again after sometime.

  • If you are not able to log-in after retrying, contact support at [email protected]
