The My Reports page contains a list of all your expense reports present in various states. The 'My Reports' page can be accessed by clicking on the My Reports button or you can navigate through the left panel of your Fyle dashboard and click on "Reports".
Here you will find a list of all the expense reports created by you segmented by the various states they are present in.
What are the various actions that you can take from this page?
Create a new report: You can create a new report by clicking on the New Report button
View reports of various states: You can view the different statuses of the reports by selecting the views such as Draft, Pending, Sent Back, Approved, Payment Queue, Paid, All
Edit Reports: You can edit reports which are in Draft and Reported state
Export/Download Reports: Click on the checkbox beside reports that you would like to Download or Export. Click on Generate PDF if you want the reports in a PDF format, or click on "Export" if you want to export the reports in Excel or CSV format. Refer to this article for a better understanding
You can now customize your My Reports page the way you want to view it, just select and deselect the checkboxes to hide and unhide columns through the Manage Columns button. You can also select the order of the fields that appear on the screen by dragging fields up and down
Improved performance in rendering data with the advanced search: Click on Filters, filter your search based on various criteria of your choice. You can also add multiple filters by clicking on Add More and just click on Apply Filters. Refer to this article for a better understanding
