Connect your Visa card for real-time feed

Connect your Visa card so that your expenses on your company card come in to Fyle in real-time

Please note that you can use this feature only if your company has access to Visa real-time feed. Here are the steps to get access.

Adding a new card for Visa Real-time feed

Follow the steps mentioned here to connect your Visa card to the real-time feed:

  1. On the dashboard, click the Settings option (next to the headset icon) on the top right.

  2. Navigate to My Settings. Go to Manage Corporate Cards and click on Add Corporate Card.

  3. Enter the card number, read the terms and conditions, and add the card by clicking "Add."

  4. After the card is added, you will need to verify your card to complete the connection process.

Verify the Card

Once you make an expense e.g. bought a coffee, after Step 4, you need to come back to the same screen (Settings > Manage Corporate Cards) and click on "Verify"

To verify your card, you'll need to choose the last transaction you incurred after you connected your card.

After this, your card is now connected to the Visa Real-time Feed. You can see the card status being Live.

Connecting an existing card to Visa Real-time feed

  1. On the dashboard, click the Settings option (next to the headset icon) on the top right.

2. Navigate to My Settings. Go to Manage Corporate Cards, where you may see a list of cards.

3. Please check the last 4 digits of your card carefully. If you find the card you have, click on "More actions", and you'll see an option to "Connect to Visa Real-time Feed". Go ahead and click that and complete the steps.

If you don't find your card in the list, click "Add another Corporate Card" and complete the steps.

Please don't forget to verify the card after you connect it to Visa Real-Time Feed.
