By default, Fyle's integration with QuickBooks Desktop exports all corporate credit card expenses to the Default Credit Card Account Name added in the Configurations.

To facilitate streamlined reconciliations in QuickBooks Desktop, you have the option to map individual corporate credit cards in Fyle to specific bank/credit card accounts. This customization ensures that each corporate credit card expense, when exported from Fyle to QuickBooks Desktop, is accurately coded to the designated account.

Here are the steps to map your Fyle corporate credit cards to bank accounts in QuickBooks Desktop:

  1. Open the Fyle-QuickBooks Desktop Integration under Admin Settings -> Integration -> Native Apps - > QuickBooks Desktop.

  2. Navigate to Corporate Card Mappings Page by going to Mapping -> Corporate Card

  3. Identify the Credit Cards in Fyle listed on the left side that you want to map. On the right side, enter the name of the QuickBooks Desktop Credit Card Account against each respective card.

  4. Click on the tick mark icon or press 'Enter' or 'Return' on your keyboard to save the mapping.

Customizing your integration by mapping corporate credit cards to specific bank accounts enhances the precision of your financial data in QuickBooks Desktop and simplifies the reconciliation process.
