Large organisations will have multiple cost centres. Hence adding a cost center one at a time is a constraint. We have an option to Bulk add cost centers in such cases. The steps to follow are below:

  1. Login as an Admin in Fyle and click on the Settings icon
  2. Under Settings, click on “Cost Centers”

3. Click on “Bulk Add/Update”

4. Click on “Download Template”

5. Ensure the Line Items while adding Cost Centre are filled as shown below

6. Save the excel file in .xlsx format
7.  Click on “Upload .xlsx file”

There you go! Your Bulk Load of cost centres are uploaded in Fyle
