When you navigate to your My reports page, you will notice six distinct banners under which all your unreported expenses will be  available.

Pending: All expense reports that are found under the Pending tab are the ones that you have submitted for approval, but that haven't been approved by one or all of your approvers. You will see a Reported tag next to all expense reports under this banner which indicates that these reports have been reported to your approver, but are pending for approval from them.
You can edit your expenses in these reports as long as they haven't been approved by your approvers.

Inquiry: The reports which have been sent back by your approver or Admin will be available under Inquiry.

You can view the comments by clicking on View Comments to find the reason for the report being sent back to you. You can make necessary edits to expenses, delete unwanted expenses and re-submit the report to your approver. After you re-submit the report, it's state will change to Reported and will be available under the Pending banner.

Approved: The expense reports found under the Approved tab are the reports which have been approved by all your approvers. These reports will be then verified by your finance team and subsequently be paid out to you. You will be unable to modify your expense items once the report has been approved by your approvers.

Payment Queue: After your expense report has been approved by your approvers and has been verified by Finance, your report is a step away from being paid out. All reports found under this tab will bear tag Payment Pending which indicates that the reports are yet to be paid out.

Paid: All reports found under this tab are reports that have been processed and paid out to you.

You can view your settlement details by clicking on View found next to the Settlement tag.

All: Under this tab, you will find all your expense reports that are in various states. You will find reports that are Reported, under Inquiry, Approved, in the Payment Queue, waiting for Payment Processing and reports that have been Paid.
