How can I submit my paper receipts? How can I create an expense on the mobile app?

You can click images of your paper receipts and submit them on the go!

To create an expense on your mobile app, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your mobile app.

  • Click on the red 'photo' icon at the bottom centre as shown.

  • Click on 'Bulk Mode' if you wish to click multiple receipt pictures at once. You can also upload receipts from your gallery or file by clicking on 'Gallery' instead of 'Bulk Mode'. (as shown below)

  • When you're done clicking pictures of all receipts, click on 'Preview' as shown.

  • Fyle will begin scanning your receipts and converting them into Fyle expenses. Scanning takes a few seconds. You can review and complete these expenses on the mobile app or you can continue doing it on the web app.

  • To review on mobile app, click on the expense and fill out the mandatory fields for each expense.

  • Then, select all expenses, create a new report, and submit the report. (as shown below)
