Typically, you can import dimensions such as Chart of Accounts, Tax codes, Departments, Class, and Projects from QuickBooks Online as Expense fields in Fyle. This will import all the values of the specific dimension into Fyle.
However, if you don't want to import all the values from your QuickBooks account and only want to use specific values from the dimension in Fyle, we would recommend you to create these values manually in Fyle first and then map them to their equivalents in QuickBooks Online. So, for example, if you have 100 different accounts in your Chart of Accounts but only 10 are relevant to use in Fyle, you can first create these 10 accounts as Categories in Fyle and then map in the integration.
Mapping Section in Fyle QuickBooks Online Integration 2.0
The mapping section offers the admins to set up Mapping for default dimensions such as Employees, Categories, and Tax codes. Additionally, you can also map specific corporate credit cards in Fyle to different credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online to export corporate card expenses from Fyle to specific card accounts.
By default, the integration can automatically map your employees in Fyle to Employees/Vendors in QuickBooks Online using unique parameter matches such as email, name, or employee code. However, if you wish to manually map the employee data in Fyle to Employee/Vendor in QuickBooks Online, you can do so from Mappings > Employee Mappings.
Data of all unmapped employees will be available in the section; you can quickly select this to show all the unmapped employee records and start mapping the employee in Fyle to employee/vendor in QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can also search by name or filter by alphabet to precisely map a Fyle employee to their QuickBooks Online counterpart.
Once mapped, you will see the state change to Mapped to indicate successful Mapping.
Similarly, you can map categories in Fyle to Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks Online, Tax groups in Fyle to Tax codes in QuickBooks Online in a non-US org, and Corporate Cards in Fyle to Corporate Card Accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Corporate Card Mapping
By default, all the corporate credit card expenses from Fyle exported as Journal entries or Credit card credit transactions in QuickBooks Online are coded to a default credit card account in QuickBooks Online selected under Export settings > Corporate Card Export > Default credit card account within the integration.
However, coding expenses to only one default credit card account would not help if your organization uses credit cards from different vendors. In this case, mapping corporate credit cards to specific credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online is the recommended solution and would also make your reconciliation in QuickBooks Online easy.
You can navigate to Mappings > Corporate Card Mapping.
All the credit cards added in Fyle will be automatically fetched and available in the integration. Select the card you are looking to map to a specific credit card account and select the corresponding QuickBooks Online account, and the integration automatically saves the selection.
Based on the Mapping established, every corporate credit card expense exported from Fyle to QuickBooks Online would be coded to a specific credit card account.
The integration will use the mapping information to code the correct data in QuickBooks Online for a corresponding value filled in the Fyle expense.
