Fyle offers native integration with popular accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Xero, and Sage Intacct.

You can selectively export your reimbursable, corporate card expenses or both from Fyle to accounting systems once they are in Approved, Processing, or Closed states at Fyle.

Configuring export state for reimbursable expenses

To set this up in QuickBooks Online or Xero Integrations, navigate to Configuration > Export settings > Export Reimbursable expenses and set the export state as Processing or Closed.

If you are using Netsuite or Sage Intacct, you can configure the export state from Import & Export > Import > Advanced Import settings > Import Expenses in the state.

Configuring export state for Corporate Credit Card expenses

For corporate credit card expenses, you can export them as soon as the reports are approved or when the entire expense report is closed.

In QuickBooks Online and Xero integration, this setting is available under Configuration > Export settings > Export Corporate Card Expenses and set the export state as Approved or Closed as shown below :

For Sage Intacct and Netsuite Integration, this can be set up from Import & Export > Import > Advanced Import settings > Import Expenses in the state.

This ensures that your Fyle expenses are exported to the accounting system as soon as it reaches the states. If you expect your corporate card expenses to be pushed to accounting sooner, we recommend setting up the state of export as Approved.
