Fyle allows you to effortlessly export all approved or paid expenses directly to your Sage Intacct account. This integration simplifies financial workflows by ensuring accurate data transfer for tasks such as report generation and payment tracking.

Exporting Expenses from Fyle to Sage Intacct via the Integration Dashboard
Step 1: Access the Integration Dashboard
Log in to Fyle using your Admin credentials.
Navigate to Fyle Admin settings > Integration > Accounting > Sage Intacct.
Step 2: Automatic Real-Time Import
The integration continuously imports all expenses in real-time once they reach the configured export state in Fyle.
If you don’t see updated expenses in your export queue, click on Sync to refresh the list.
Step 3: Export Expenses
Click Export on the integration dashboard to initiate the export.
Wait for the process to complete (the time varies based on the number of expenses in the queue).
Once complete, review a summary in the Your last export section.
Exporting Expenses Directly from Fyle Admin's Reports View
Step 1: Access Reports
Log in to the Fyle application with Admin credentials.
Navigate to Reports > Approved.
Step 2: Select and Export Reports
Select the reports you want to export to Sage Intacct.
Click More > Export to Sage Intacct.
The export will process based on your configured Export settings.
Monitor the progress in the Sage Intacct Export status column in the Reports view.
Step 3: Access Transaction Links
Once the export is complete, click on the report to access links to the transactions created in Sage Intacct.

Handling Failed Exports
If an export fails, follow these steps:
Step 1: Review Errors
Check the Failed Exports log for details and error codes.
Access the error resolution page from the integration dashboard.
Step 2: Resolve Errors
For mapping errors, click Resolve to update missing mappings directly in the dashboard. Once resolved, re-export the expenses.
For Sage Intacct errors, review the error codes to identify validation or permission issues within Sage Intacct, resolve them, and re-export.
Note: All previously failed and newly imported expenses will be queued for export.
