If you're exporting Reimbursable Expenses, Credit Card Expenses, or both from Fyle to NetSuite as Journal Entries and are grouping exports by Report, then this functionality is just for you!
For example, if you are exporting an Expense Report from Fyle to NetSuite that contains 12 expenses, the integration currently creates a Journal Entry with 24 entries: one debit and one credit for each expense.
With the new functionality that consolidates all credits into a single entry, the integration will generate a Journal Entry with only 13 entries: one debit for each expense and a single combined credit entry for all 12 expenses, where the credit amount equals the total of all 12 expenses.
Here's how you can enable this functionality in your Fyle <> NetSuite Integration,
Log into your Fyle account as an Administrator
Go to Settings > Integrations > Native Apps > NetSuite
Head over to Configuration > Advanced Settings
Under Other Preferences, you will find a toggle called Create a single itemized offset credit entry for Journal
Enable the Toggle and hit on Save!
Once you've completed the above steps and configured the setting to create a Single Itemized Offset Credit Entry for Journal Entries in NetSuite, the integration will automatically merge all credit entries and export them as a single item in NetSuite going forward.
