When your organization has multiple clients and expenses pertaining to specific clients, you can add projects to segregate your employee expenses respectively.

ADD PROJECT
To add a project,
Click on the "gear" settings icon on the top right corner on the web app next to your name.
Click on Organisation > Projects
Click on "Add Project".

Enter the Project Name, Code.
Enter Categories, here you have the ability to customize what expense categories are displayed when certain projects are selected by employees
Enter Approver, if you need to allot a project approver.
Description, you can enter extra details that are related to the project.
Click on SAVE button, once you have entered all the details.

DISABLING PROJECT
To Disable a project :
The toggle button against a project allows you to enable or disable a project.
