As an admin, you can approve reports that were submitted for approval to any approver, including yourself.
Reports can be approved individually or all together in bulk. Here are the steps you can follow to start the approval process:
Approve expense reports individually
Navigate to Expense Reports page.
Under the Submitted tab, you will find a list of reports that have been submitted and are awaiting approval.
Click on the report that you want to approve.
In the View Report page that is visible, click on the Approve button.
A pop-up box will appear taking a confirmation before approving the report. Click on Approve to proceed.
The report is now approved, you can see the change in the status of the report to Approved below the amount.
Approve expense reports in bulk
In order to approve reports in bulk, select the required reports by the checkboxes on the Expense Reports page.
Click on Approve.
A pop-up box will appear asking for confirmation before approval. Click on the Approve button to proceed.
The reports will now be approved.
