How to approve an expense report? Can I approve expense reports in bulk?

In a Finance role, you can approve reports that were submitted for approval to you. Reports can be approved individually or all together in bulk. Here are the steps you can follow to start the approval process:

Approve expense reports individually

Switch to the Organization view and select Reports from the left sidebar and click on Reports.

Under the Approval Pending tab, you will find a list of reports that have been reported and are awaiting approval.

Click on the report that you wish to approve. In the View Report page that is visible, click on the Approve button on the left-hand side of your screen.

A pop-up box will appear taking a confirmation before approving the report.

Click on Approve to proceed.

The report is now approved, you can see the change in the status of the report to Approved below the amount.

You can also view the approval details above the View Comments button.

Approve expense reports in bulk

In order to approve reports in bulk, select the required reports by the checkboxes on the Reports page and click on Approve.

A pop-up box will appear asking for confirmation before approval.

Click on the Approve button to proceed.

The reports will now be approved, you can find them under the Verification Pending tab in the Approved state.

Following the mentioned steps you can approve expense reports instantly.
