If you have been issued a corporate card by your company, you can link it to your Fyle account directly. This will allow Fyle to automatically create expenses for all the transactions you perform on your card, without having to wait till the end of the month for the close of the card statement period.
Link Your Card From Settings
You can link your card on the Fyle web app by navigating to My Settings -> Profile and finding the section titled Corporate Cards. You can click on Link Corporate Card here to start the linking process.
Note: If the Corporate Cards section isn't visible to you on this page, it's possible that your company has not opted for direct card feeds. Please contact your account admin to have this enabled.
Log in to Your Corporate Card Account
On the next screen, you can select the bank corresponding to your corporate card and log in to your corporate card account.
Note: If you are not able to log in to your corporate card account for some reason (eg. if you do not remember your username or password), you can reset your password or contact your account admin for help in regaining access to your card account.
Import Your Account into Fyle
On the next screen, you will be shown the card accounts you are importing. Confirming this will complete the process of linking your card.
Automatic Creation of Card Expenses
With this, your card is successfully linked to Fyle. You will now see all transactions made using your card show up in Fyle within 24 hours, in the My Expenses section. Existing expenses from the last 90 days will also appear in the same list. You can complete the expenses as needed and submit them for approval.
Note: If you have opted for an additional layer of security for your corporate card account (security key or one-time password), then Fyle will not be able to automatically fetch your card transactions. Instead, you will be required to refresh your card expenses periodically from the Tasks section on your Fyle web dashboard.
That's all! Your corporate card is now directly linked to Fyle.
