As an Admin, there could be various reasons why you might need to delete specific or all transactions associated with a particular card.
In Fyle, you can delete the transactions by following the steps mentioned below:
Switch to the Organization view on your Admin dashboard.
Click on Transactions under the Corporate Cards tab.
Select the transactions that you want to delete
Click on Delete after selecting the transactions.
Click on Delete on the confirmation message to delete the transactions permanently from Fyle.
The transaction will now be successfully deleted. You can do this with multiple transactions as well.
NOTE: If the related expenses of the transactions are Reported, namely these states:
Submitted
Approved
Processing
Closed
The transactions won't be deleted since your employees have already reported them by adding receipts and the relevant details. You will be able to delete the transactions only if they are in the Complete/Incomplete state.
