Here is the list of new system categories:

  1. Airlines: Air travel-related expenses.

  2. Bus: Bus travel-related expenses.

  3. Entertainment: Entertainment-related expenses like cinema, shows, etc.

  4. Food: Food expenses

  5. Fuel: Fuel expenses

  6. Groceries: Grocery/Retail stores

  7. Lodging: Hotels, Motels, Inns, Resorts, etc.

  8. Mail: Courier Services, USPS etc.

  9. Office Supplies: Purchases made for office like printers, papers, etc.

  10. Others: Miscellaneous and random.

  12. Professional Services: Expenses incurred from professional services like publishing, etc.

  13. Rental: All rentals like Vehicle rentals, device rentals, etc.

While these changes are present on Organization Settings, there is no change on the categories you created on Fyle. The new System Categories list can be seen on the Edit category screen, as shown here.

Besides the list provided above, the two categories: Mileage and Per Diem, will be unchanged. You can find them on the list of categories as is. The respective categories are set when your employees create Mileage or Per Diem expenses.
