First, please ensure you have access to the industry-first Mastercard real-time card feed. If you don't have access or are not sure what that means, please read this article.
Follow the steps below to send reminders to your employees:
Switch to the Organization view and go to the Tasks page.
In the "Reminders" section, you will see an option to send a reminder to employees to connect their cards. Click on Remind to send reminders to your employees.
Click on Send Reminder to remind your employees. An email reminder will be sent to your employees.
You can also set automated reminders for your employees. Follow the steps mentioned here.
We would recommend that you send a couple of reminders to make sure that all cards are connected by the individual cardholders. You can find the steps for a spender to connect their Mastercard here.
Once a spender has connected the card, you will see card transactions coming into Fyle in real time.
