Integrating HH2 Sync with Fyle and Sage 300 CRE streamlines expense management and financial workflows, ensuring efficient data synchronization between platforms. This guide provides a step-by-step process to help you seamlessly set up and configure HH2 Sync on your system.

1. Share your details to complete the Customer Sign-Up Form:

  • Your implementation specialist will help you complete this form based on your details. You can email the information below to your implementation specialist.

  • Required Information:

    • Employee Count

    • Average Yearly Revenue

    • Admin Contact Information: Provide details of your administrative contact:

      • Name

      • Title

      • Email

      • Phone

      • Address

    • Technical Contact Information: Provide details of your technical contact:

      • Name

      • Title

      • Email

      • Phone

      • Address

2. Sign the End User Agreement:

  • You will receive an End User Agreement from HH2 to sign once the above form is submitted.

  • The Agreement includes customer Terms and Conditions and must be acknowledged.

3. HH2 Sync Installation and Configuration:

Technical Requirements

Meeting specific hardware and software requirements is crucial to ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance when using HH2 Sync with Fyle and Sage 300 CRE.

  • Desktop Specifications:

    Each user accessing the HH2 services via the web should have a computer that meets the following specifications:

    • Microsoft Surface Pro and Microsoft Surface Book are supported using the latest version of the MS Edge browser and Google Chrome.

    • Latest OS from Windows or Apple

    • Dual-Core processor

    • 4 GB RAM

    • The latest build of the following browser:

      • MS Edge

      • Google Chrome

      • Apple Safari

  • Server Specifications:

    To ensure seamless data synchronization with HH2 Cloud Services, it's essential to install the HH2 Synchronization Client directly on your accounting system server. Your server should meet the following specifications:

    • Minimum:

      • Current generation multi-core processor* with 4+ cores; 2+ GHz

      • RAM: 16+ GB

      • Hard drive: Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or Solid State Drive (SSD) with 200 MB/seconds of sustained read/write throughput

      • Windows Server 2016 or above

      • .NET Framework 4.8

    • Recommended:

      • CPU: Current generation multi-core processor* with 8 cores; 2.4+ GHz

      • RAM: 32+ GB

      • Hard drive: Hard Disk Drive (HDD) or Solid State Drive (SSD) with 200 MB/seconds of sustained read/write throughput

      • Windows Server 2019 or above

      • .NET Framework 4.8

Schedule an Appointment

  • Schedule an appointment for installing and configuring HH2 Sync on your desktop/server.

  • If you've signed up for the setup/implementation with Fyle, our implementation team will handle this process for you.

  • By default, the admin contact will be added to the call. For adding more people to the call, contact [email protected].

  • Important Note: Ensure that you have access to your remote desktop/server and have all the necessary permissions to install the Sync during the call.

4. Set up the integration in Fyle

  • Once HH2 has set up the data synchronization, you will receive the necessary credentials to connect your Fyle account with your Sage 300 CRE database.
