For users using iPhones with iOS 11 or later, you might face difficulty in uploading the images of receipts clicked from your phone on to Fyle's web app. This is because these images are likely in the HEIC image format instead of the usual JPG or PNG formats. HEIC is not a compatible image type on our web app right now.

Don't worry. You can still submit your receipts on Fyle! Look at the possible ways below.

1. Use Fyle's mobile app

Use Fyle's mobile app to click picture of receipts. After clicking pictures of receipts, you can submit expenses directly from the mobile app or switch to the web app. You may read more about this here.

You can download Fyle's iOS app here and Android app here.

2. Set your iPhone to stop taking HEIC pictures

You can change settings in your iPhone to stop it from taking HEIC pictures. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to settings

  2. Click on Camera --> Formats

  3. Select 'Most Compatible'
