The filter feature allows you to quickly get a list of expenses and expense reports by adding certain conditions. You can filter your expenses and expense reports on your Fyle mobile app as well as sort them to fit your requirements.

Filter and Sort Your Expenses

To filter your expenses on the mobile app, download the Fyle app via Play Store or the App Store.

Login to your account and click on the Menu button from the top left corner of your screen.

Select Expenses from the sidebar.

On the top main bar, you will see a funnel icon on the left-hand side. This is the Filter button. Click on it to open Filters.

You can filter your expenses by Type (state of expenses), Date (date of creation of expenses), Receipts Attached (if receipts have been attached to the expense, Expense Type (mileage, per diem, and regular expenses), and Cards (cards assigned to you).

You can also sort your expenses, click on Sort By to view sorting options.

You can sort your expenses by:

Date - New to Old (expenses will be listed from latest to oldest),

Date - Old to New (expenses will be listed from oldest to newest),

Amount - High to Low (expenses will be listed by the highest amount to lowest), Amount - Low to High (expenses will be listed by the lowest amount to highest), Category - A to Z (expenses will be listed by category from A to Z), and

Category - Z to A (expenses will be listed by category from Z to A)

Once you have selected all required filters, click on the Save button to apply them.

You can view all the applied filters at the top of the list, below the main top bar.

To clear all filters click on the Clear All button on the left.

Filter and Sort Your Expense Reports

To filter your expense reports a similar process as filtering expenses is followed.

Login to your account and click on the Menu button from the top left corner of your screen.

Select Reports from the sidebar.

On the top main bar, you will see a funnel icon on the left-hand side. This is the Filter button. Click on it to open Filters.

You can filter your expense reports by State (state of reports), and Date (date of creation of reports).

You can also sort your reports, click on Sort By to view sorting options.

You can sort your expense reports by:

Date - New to Old (reports will be listed from latest to oldest),

Date - Old to New (reports will be listed from oldest to newest),

Amount - High to Low (reports will be listed by the highest amount to lowest),

Amount - Low to High (reports will be listed by the lowest amount to highest),

Name - A to Z (reports will be listed by their name from A to Z), and

Name - Z to A (reports will be listed by their name from Z to A)

Once you have selected all required filters, click on the Save button to apply them.

You can view all the applied filters at the top of the list, below the main top bar.

Following the mentioned steps, you can easily filter and sort your expenses and expense reports on the mobile app.
