You can view all your expense reports on the My Reports page. To do so, go to Reports from the left panel.

Quick Filters for Expense Report Status

On the My Reports page, there are different tabs that include reports of different status.

  • Pending Actions: Draft, Sent Back Reports

  • In Progress: Submitted, Processing, Approved Reports (Please note: If your organisation does not support reimbursements and supports only corporate cards for expenses, then this tab will be called Approved tab and include only Approved Reports in your view.)

  • Closed: Closed Reports

Within each tab, if you want to filter expense reports belong to a particular expense status- you can do so easily by using the quick filters available. For example, on the Pending Actions tab, you can use the quick filter to view only Draft reports.

Other Filters for Expense Reports

You can also filter and search for specific reports based on various other criteria. For example, you might want to find all expense reports submitted on a particular date, all expense reports with policy violations, etc.

To do so, click on the Filter icon.

Then, you can select the criteria with which you want to filter your expense reports. For example, you can select Policy Violation and select Yes or No.

You can also create multiple criteria for the filter by clicking on Add Filter.

Once you have selected the criteria for the filter, click on Apply Filters to see the results.

Customise Columns in My Reports page

You can customise the way you view the My Reports page. To do so, click on the Manage Columns icon.

You can select or deselect the columns that you want to view or hide. You can also change the order in which the columns appear on the My Reports page using the drag icon (6 vertical dots).
