Error: Invalid Job '22.01-ANB-EXP-02' specified or Job '22.08-BRA-EXP-01' specified is not valid.

What does the error mean?

This error typically arises when the job chosen for an expense is either deleted or marked as inactive in Sage Intacct. If the job on Sage Intacct is not active, then the integration cannot create transactions.

How to solve the error?

To address this issue, you can reactivate the selected job in Sage Intacct or replace it with a different active job in the expense in Fyle.

Steps to re-activate disabled jobs,

  1. Go to Jobs from the main menu

  2. Here you will find a list of all jobs present in your Sage Intacct account

  3. Search and open the job you want to reactivate

  4. Edit the job and change the status to Active

  5. Save the changes and retry the export on Fyle!
