Error: The employee 'Jeff Harper' is invalid

What does this error mean?

This error typically occurs when the Sage Intacct employee mapped with the Fyle employee has either been removed or is marked as inactive on Sage Intacct. If the employee on Sage Intacct is not active, then the integration cannot create transactions.

How to solve the error?

To address this issue, you can reactivate the employee in Sage Intacct or re-map the Fyle employee with an active Sage Intacct employee.

Steps to re-activate disabled employees,

  1. Go to Company > Setup > Click on Employees

  2. Here you will find a list of all Employees present in your Sage Intacct account

  3. Search and open the Employee you want to reactivate

  4. Edit the Employee and change the status to Active

  5. Save the changes and retry the export on Fyle!
